Sift 3–4 g of Ceremonial Club Matcha into your Chawan.
Pour about 10 ml of warm water (max. 80 °C) over the powder and gently massage with your Chasen until a smooth, creamy texture forms.

Once combined into a thick paste, add another 30 ml of warm water.
Begin whisking in an M-motion using the 30–20–10 method:

  • Whisk quickly for 30 seconds to create fine bubbles.
  • Slow down for 20 seconds to stabilize the froth.
  • Finish with 10 seconds of gentle motion to refine the microfoam.

When your matcha is silky and frothy, add your favorite milk for a latte, or simply more water for a pure ceremonial experience.
