01 Okumidori Ceremonial Blend is the first drop in our Single Origin series — sourced from the lush hills of Uji, Kyoto, Japan’s most celebrated region for ceremonial-grade matcha. Crafted from the Okumidori cultivar and harvested during the first flush, when the leaves are at their peak: chlorophyll-dense, L-theanine-rich, naturally sweet.

Shade-grown for weeks before harvest to deepen its vivid green and develop a smooth, umami-forward profile with a clean, creamy finish. Stone-milled in small batches to preserve its silky texture and full nutrient profile.

The result is a creamy matcha with a delicately sweet profile, balanced umami, and subtle toasted notes.
